Orders received Monday-Friday (except UK public holidays) are usually dispatched within 1-3 day (Processing Time) subject to stock availability.

Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order. 

* Although 1st Class Delivery can take between 1 – 3 working days from the dispatch date With in UK Only, it has been our experience that the majority of late packages arrive just a day or two after this estimated delivery period. Please be aware however that although NOT the norm, delays on this service can result in orders taking up to 15 days to arrive. ( This include only UK Rest of the world please check International Deliveries).

2. Where the value of your total order exceeds £75 or/and includes an high value item - then your delivery option will be automatically be upgraded to a ‘Special delivery ’ service at no additional cost to you.

3. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.

4. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday.

5. If ordering more than 1 product you may receive more than 1 delivery due to the item's warehouse location this will be at no extra cost to you.

6. When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.

7. If goods are returned to yesnowdeals.com because of a failed delivery attempt for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.

8. Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait atleast 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

9. Change of mind or wrong item ordered, you are responsible to pay shipping for returning the item as-well re-posting.

Order Tracking

Following your purchase online, yesnowdeals.com will send you email (provided and email is entered at order checkout) confirmation to acknowledge your order and again when your goods have been dispatched containing your tracking info (for tracked delivery services). The email address used, will be the one you provided at the point of purchase.

Delayed/Lost Delivery

1. If you have not received your order within 15 working days of dispatch (not including Sundays), you must immediately advise us of the delay/loss and our customer services will investigate why you have not received your goods and advise you directly.
2. Where a re-shipment of the order is requested, this will only be issued after the 15 working days maximum delivery time has passed.
3. Where a refund is requested, the refund will only be issued after the 15 working days maximum delivery time has passed.

International Deliveries

Handling time for any order is 1-3 days in most cases (sometime it may take 4-5 days Less than 5% chances).

Most of packages delivered in 10-15 days with in United Kingdom(UK), United States(USA), Canada and Europe in few cases (about 5%-7%) this goes up to 25-30 days.
